1Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Because we prioritize quality and authentic sourcing, our dispatch process is detailed:

• Processing Time: It typically takes 1 to 2 business days to dispatch an order.
• Sourcing from Warehouse: Since we maintain an extensive inventory across different warehouses, some items need to be brought to our main hub, inspected for quality, and then packed securely.
• Special Sourcing: If a customer requests a specific product that is not currently in our immediate stock, we search the market to find the highest quality version available before shipping it out.

2Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Within Lahore: Customers usually receive their orders within 3 working days.
• Other Cities & Provinces: For Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, and other regions of Punjab, delivery takes between 5 to 8 working days.

3Personalized Sourcing via WhatsApp

We offer a unique, personalized shopping experience. Many of our customers share images of products they like on WhatsApp. Once you share a product image, our team arranges that specific item from our network of trusted suppliers.

4Quality Commitment & Potential Delays

We maintain a Zero Compromise Policy on product quality. This is the primary reason why shipping may occasionally be delayed:

• Rigorous Inspection: Before dispatching, every item is thoroughly inspected. If we find even a minor defect or if the quality does not meet our high standards, we immediately reject the product.
• Manual Re-Sourcing: Once a product is rejected, our team goes back into the market to search for a perfect replacement. This manual search and re-verification process takes time, but it ensures that you never receive a sub-standard item.
• Customer Satisfaction: We believe that waiting an extra day for a perfect product is better than receiving a faulty one quickly. Your baby’s safety and your satisfaction are our top priorities.

5Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the parcel and the delivery location.
• Any delays caused by the courier service (due to weather, strikes, or festive holidays) are outside our direct control, but we will assist you in tracking your parcel until it reaches your doorstep.

6Order Tracking

Once our courier rider collects your order from our shop, you will be notified. You can contact our WhatsApp support at any time to get an update on your shipment status.
