The terms that apply when you shop with Baby Discovery.

By accessing and using the Baby Discovery website, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Location: We are based in Shah Alam Market, Lahore. We act as your sourcing partner, providing high-quality baby products directly from premium wholesale vendors.
Service: We arrange products on-demand. By placing an order, you authorize us to source the best quality version of that product for you.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, our standard service is COD. You are required to pay the full amount to the courier rider at the time of receiving the parcel.
Direct Purchase: If you wish to buy directly or confirm an order before shipping, payment must be made at the time of the order.
No Post-Delivery Online Transactions: We do not offer or accept online transfers or digital payments once the order has been delivered. All digital payments must be settled before dispatch if you are not opting for COD.

Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that the product dispatched will be of high quality. However, since we source from multiple vendors, slight variations in packaging or shades may occur.
Right to Cancel: If we cannot find a product that meets our quality standards after searching the market, we reserve the right to cancel your order and inform you via WhatsApp/Call.

Timelines: Delivery takes 3 days in Lahore and 5-8 days nationwide.
Delays: Delays due to quality re-checks (finding a better replacement for a rejected item) or courier issues are possible. We prioritize quality over speed.

Refusal at Doorstep: If a customer refuses a COD order at the doorstep without a valid reason (e.g., the parcel was not authorized for “Open to Allow”), we reserve the right to block that customer from future purchases.
Open Parcel: As stated in our Return Policy, you cannot open the parcel unless you requested “Open to Allow” at the time of ordering and we have sent an official email to the courier.

Baby Safety: While we source quality products, [Company Name] is not the manufacturer. Parents should inspect all items (feeders, toys, kits) before giving them to an infant. Use all products under adult supervision.

All images, logos, and descriptions on Baby Discovery are the property of our brand. Unauthorized use of our content for other commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
